Whenever you run the app, it should examine the setting and ask you if you need for it to be modified to “By no means” (if it is set to one thing else) in order that the scanner audio will not be interrupted if the display turns off whilst you’re listening over Wi-Fi.

The “Cellphone Calls / Learn Cellphone State” permission is required by the app in order that it could detect while you’re inserting a cellphone name (or when one is being obtained) in order that it could routinely cease the streaming of the audio to stop it from interfering with the decision.

The “Superb (GPS) Location” and “Coarse Location” permissions are required in order that the app can decide what scanners are positioned in your space while you click on on “Close to Me”. Whenever you click on on “Close to Me” the app first makes an attempt to find out your location through the community, if that fails the app then tries to find out your location through GPS.

The “Robotically Begin at Boot” permission is required so small portion of the app may be began when your cellphone boots if (and provided that) you activate the listener alert checking characteristic of the app (that characteristic is turned off by default).

If the audio repeats or the app stays related for less than a short while, attempt returning to a listing display within the app, then choose “Settings” from the menu, then “Participant settings”, after which attempt altering the “Streaming methodology” setting.
